📸 Proof Required

To initiate a return, you must provide:

Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product
Images of the packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
You must arrange and ship the product back to us after approval

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect

A ₹100 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund per return

Minor color or design variations
Products not in original condition
